Schedule a Pediatric COVID-19 Vaccine Appointment

Getting your children vaccinated can help protect them against COVID-19 as well as reduce disruptions to in-person learning and activities by helping curb community transmission. Vaccination also reduces the risk of severe disease, hospitalization and long-term COVID-19 complications.

The CDC recommends that children ages 5-11 receive a pediatric Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. The pediatric Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine is administered in a 2-dose series, 21 days apart. Each dose contains 10mcg of the vaccine (which is about one third of the adult dose).

The pediatric Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine is available to all eligible individuals 5-11 years of age. Click the link below to schedule an appointment for the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine: https://informatics-stage.health.mil/Naples4COVIDApp/

If you are still deciding whether the vaccine is right for your children, please contact your pediatrician or visit the CDC webpage for vaccination recommendations for pediatric populations.
