Other Information
Proper Attire (such as gym wear and tennis shoes) is required for all treatments. Please ask us if you're unsure of what to wear for your particular evaluation or treatment.
For safety reasons, ONLY patients are allowed in the treatment/exercise areas. Unsupervised children aren't allowed unless they are here for an appointment (per USNH Naples Child Safety Policy).
Please show up and be on time for your appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to wait, your appointment may be abbreviated, or you may be asked to reschedule. Our goal is to see you at your scheduled time barring any setbacks. Not showing for your appointment not only hurts you but robs another patient of an opportunity to be seen.
It is the expectation of the therapist that you will attend all of your scheduled therapy sessions. Your active participation is necessary to achieve maximum benefits for therapy. Patients with more than two no shows in a row will be cancelled out and have to reschedule appointment in clinic.
