Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Appointments

Patients can schedule their own appointments by calling the Central
Appointments Desk at 081-811-6000 or DSN 629-6000. Central Appointments is open Monday through Friday from 07:30 to 16:00 except on Federal Holidays. Priority or urgent referrals may be scheduled by calling 081-811-6457or DSN 629-6457.

If you have an emergency

Go to the Emergency Room at USNH Now.

If you have a work related injury or illness.

Report this immediately to your supervisor. Have him/ her fill out a Dept of Labor CA-16 (If he/she does not have one—you can get one from HRO). Then Call Occupational Health at Capo for an appointment at 626-5973/4.
