Customer Relations Officer

The Customer Relations Officer works in concert with department-level representatives on internal and external customer relations, satisfaction, issue resolution, and command performance measures with the goal of an excellent patient experience.

Beneficiary Counseling and Assistance Coordinator (BCAC)

BCACs educate and assist you with TRICARE-related inquiries.
 

Debt Collection Assistance Officer (DCAO)

DCAOs assist with resolving debt collections due to unpaid TRICARE claims. The debt must be in collections or listed on your credit report.
 

Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE)

If your experience with us is not what you expected, we want to know about that. You can let us know by using this web-based tool that collects your feedback on services at this facility.
