Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

If you arrive at Naples International Airport (NAP), rental vehicles and taxi services are available.

U.S. Naval Hospital Naples is located at the Support Site which is located approximately 15 miles from the Airport

  1. Travel north on A1 towards Rome.
  2. Take Pomigliano / Villa Literno/ Interporto di Nola exit.
  3. Take Villa Literno / Aversa exit.
  4. Take Gricignano d’Aversa exit.
  5. Follow signs to U.S. Navy Support Site

Directions from Rome Airport(s)

  1. Follow signs for A1 South (Green Autostrada signs)
  2. Exit Villa Literno
  3. Exit Gricignano d’ Aversa (U.S. Navy Support Site)
